Hopkins v. Oxley Stave Co.
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
Appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Kansas. This was a bill for an injunction by the Oxley Stave Company against the Coopers’ International Union of North America, Lodge No. 18; the Trades Assembly of Kansas City, Kan.; and a number of the individual members of such organizations. As against the organizations, the bill was dismissed, and a temporary injunction was granted against the remaining defendants, from which they appeal.

THAYER, Circuit Judge.
This case comes on appeal from an order made by the circuit court of the United States for the district of Kansas, granting an interlocutory injunction. The motion for the injunction was heard on the bill and supporting affidavits, and on certain opposing affidavits.
