BARKETT, Circuit Judge:
Appellant Terry Zillyette appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Capital One Financial Corp. (“Capital One”) on Zillyette’s claim that Capital One discriminated against him on the basis of disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12111-12117. He first claims that the district court erred in holding that his cause of action was time-barred.
