There are two issues in this case. The first issue is whether the two-year period of limitation, MCL 600.5805(4); MSA 27A.5805(4), is applicable to a funeral home and its director. The second issue is whether the lower courts improperly granted accelerated judgment on the basis of the two-year period of limitation where the complaint alleged negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
