Burch, J.:

The defendant was charged in three counts of the information with violation of the statute relating to criminal syndicalism and sabotage, and in the fourth count with aiding and abetting teaching and advocacy of criminal syndicalism and sabo*818táge. He was convicted on the second, third, and fourth counts, and appeals. The principal error asigned is that the court denied a motion to quash the information.
