— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 15, 1978, convicting him of murder in the second degree (felony murder) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. This appeal brings up for review an order denying defendant’s motion to suppress the in-court identification of a witness to the shooting of one Alfred Clark.
