MEMORANDUM RULING

Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Record Document 198) filed by the United States of America (“the United States”), a. third party defendant. The United States moves for summary judgment, arguing that Defendant Star-craft Marine, LLC (“Starcraft”) cannot prove that negligence of the United States caused or contributed to Plaintiff Daniel J.
