The appellee the Wichita Mill & Elevator Company, having a suit in which judgment was subsequently rendered against J. L. Allen for the sum of $760.32, instituted garnishment proceedings against the Wichita State Bank, of Wichita Falls, Tex. Said Wichita bank answered the writ of garnishment: That it was not indebted to the said J. L.
