STEELE, Chief Justice:

A Superior Court jury convicted Leon Price of First Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. The trial judge sentenced him to life imprisonment without probation or parole on the murder conviction, plus an additional twenty years for the weapons offense. In this appeal from his conviction, Price contends that the prosecutor in her closing argument argued that the evidence supported a conviction on a theory of accomplice dability despite the fact that the trial judge had ruled that the evidence did not support accomplice liabdity and…
