Vernon R. Young, Jr. and Michael D. Rembert, appellants, appeal from a judgment in favor of Richard M. DeGuerin and wife, appellees, awarding them damages for appellants’ breach of a townhouse construction contract pursuant to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 1741, (Vernon 1978) et seq. (TDTPA).
