Appellee, General Electric Credit Corporation, a foreign Corporation, instituted this action in the 162nd District Court of Dallas County, Texas, against Zodiac Corporation, Joseph A. Zavaletta, Rosalinda Zavaletta, Gus Zavaletta, Gloria Rose Zavaletta, Ferdinand Zavaletta, Eleanore Jane Zavaletta, Masao Kinoshita, Alice Kinoshita and James W.
