Plaintiff Marsulex Environmental Technologies (“MET”), a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, brings this diversity action for strict liability, breach of contract, breach of express and implied warranties, and unjust enrichment against Defendant Selip S.P.A.
