This court issued its judgment in this adversary action on September 22, 1981, directing the turnover by the defendant Robert Falcone to the estate in bankruptcy of a sum equalling the difference between the fair market value and the value of Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation’s encumbrance on the equipment which had been transferred by the debtor to Robert Falcone shortly before the date of the commencement of these title 11 proceedings.
