The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) seeks summary judgment on the fourth, sixth and seventh cross-claims contained in the Chapter 7 Trustee’s third amended answer to the complaint in this adversary proceeding alleging fraudulent conveyances. Those cross-claims assert that a conveyance by the Debtor, Perri Kanterman, of a mortgage and her entering into a mortgage note are avoidable as fraudulent transfers pursuant to § 544(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and N.Y.
