CLEMENT, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Enrique Neufeld-Neufeld (“Neufeld”) asserts on appeal that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized following an al~ legedly unlawful vehicle stop. We AFFIRM.

I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS
