DUVAL, District Judge:

Issac Remon Grant appeals his conditional guilty plea conviction for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The plea agreement permitted Grant to appeal the court’s decision denying his motion to suppress the evidence confiscated as a result of a warrant-less search of the automobile within which he was a passenger. Grant challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress, arguing that the officer who made the stop detained him for an unreasonable time, beyond the scope of the traffic…
