Appellant, alleging that she sued both in her personal capacity and as a member of and on behalf of the District of Columbia Table Tennis Club, filed a complaint, entitling it as one for interference with property and membership rights and illegal suspension and expulsion. Appellee was named as sole defendant, it being alleged that he was sued both in his personal capacity and as President of the District of Columbia Table Tennis Club.
