Carol A. Doyle, United States Bankruptcy Judge *364Ira Bodenstein, the chapter 7 trustee of Peregrine Financial Group, Inc., filed this adversary proceeding against the University of Northern Iowa ("University"). He seeks to recover an alleged fraudulent transfer of $500,000 made to the University from funds in a Peregrine bank account containing customers' segregated funds.
