OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Donald F. Collier, II, appeals multiple convictions and sentences imposed by the Clark County Municipal Court for two separate counts of violating a protection order, both first degree misdemeanors, pursuant to R.C. § 2919.27(A)(1). While the two counts of violating a protection order were originally separate cases, 06-CRB-2858 and 06-CRB-2868, the two cases were tried together to the bench on July 6, 2006.
