Daniel Prickett sued Imelda Zaldivar to recover money damages for injuries that he allegedly sustained in an October 2009 vehicular collision.1 Prickett and Zaldivar each blames the other for the collision,2 and Zaldivar also points a finger at Overhead Door Company, which- is not a party to the lawsuit. Prickett was employed by Overhead Door, and at the time of the collision, he was driving a truck that Overhead Door had provided to him in connection with his employment.
