Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Sackett, J.), entered May 16, 2007 in Sullivan County, which granted defendant Kim Hine’s motion to conipel plaintiff to comply with a discovery demand, and (2) from an order of said court, entered December 29, 2007 in Sullivan! County, which, among other things, granted said defendant’s motion to strike the complaint and plaintiffs reply to her countérclaims.
