This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania directing distribution of the remainder of a 10% deposit made by appellant, Sun Protection Company of America (“Sun”), as the successful bidder at a public sale for the purchase of certain real estate and personalty belonging to Branch Coal Corporation (hereinafter “Branch Coal”).
