On petition to annul a sale in a foreclosure suit.

The petitioner is the wife of the owner of the equity of redemption of real estate upon which the mortgage foreclosed was a lien, and she is living apart from her husband from whom she has been estranged for some time. She entered into a contract with one Nettie Murray, who held a second mortgage upon the same property, to convey the equity of redemption for the sum of $10,500.
