ORDER DENYING REQUESTS FOR SANCTIONS
JONES, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs motion to remand. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion is DENIED. In addition, both parties’ requests for sanctions are DENIED.
BACKGROUND
