CAMPBELL, District Judge.

These are suits in admiralty and were tried together. The first above entitled suit was to recover damages caused to the barge Thomas Bulger by collision when she went adrift by reason of the alleged negligence of the respondents. The second above entitled suit was to recover damages caused to the winch' boat Dutch Boy, owned by the National Lead Company (the Home Insurance Company claiming by virtue of an alleged assignment from the National Lead Company) by collision when she went adrift by reason of the alleged negligence of the respondents and respondents…
