INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Gail Caraccilo, commenced this action against her former employer, the Village of Seneca Falls, New York (“Village”), the Village Board of Trustees (“Board”), the Village mayor, and the four individual Board members. Plaintiff alleges that defendants violated her constitutional lights in several respects in connection with the termination of her employment in 2002.
