MEMORANDUM OPINION
NEESE, District Judge.
This is an action by four members of the subordinate local union of the defendant International Printing Pressmen and Assistants’ Union of North America at Knoxville, Tennessee, to enjoin the defendants from moving the union’s headquarters from Pressmen’s Home, Tennessee, to Washington, D. C., and disposing, inter alia, of the real estate of a subsidiary corporation of the union at the former place.
