Appellee sued appellant, a married woman, alone, to recover on a mercantile account made with G. W. Sanders & Bro. Mercantile Company, of Pearsall, Tex., which account had been duly assigned to ap-pellee, who at the time the account was made was a member of the firm, but who is not now a member thereof. It was based upon certain goods, wares, and merchandise, set out in an itemized account, which were alleged to be necessaries for herself and children.
