This is the second time this case has been before us. (Mulvane v. Tullock, 58 Kan. 622, 50 Pac. 897.) When first here it was reversed, principally for the reason that the court below erred in holding that the expenditure of attorneys' fees in procuring the dissolution of an injunction in the federal courts was not recoverable as damages in a suit on the injunction bond.
