This ease is before the Court on Defendant Komori Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The relevant facts pertaining to this particular motion are undisputed. Komori Corporation is the Japanese corporation who manufactured the Lithrone 2000 press which allegedly caused Plaintiff James Howell’s injuries. The press was manufactured in Japan and shipped to the United States, where it was unloaded and warehoused in Savannah, Georgia.
