Wilner Dorvilus (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) dismissing his reinstatement petition as untimely and improvidently filed. In doing so, the Board affirmed a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Claimant was not eligible to seek a reinstatement of disability compensation because it had been adjudicated that his work injury did not cause a loss of earning power.
