ORDER

ERICKSON, United States Magistrate Judge.

I. Introduction

On August 13, 1997, the Court heard argument on the Plaintiffs Motion for a Protec*850tive Order, which would alter, in one or more proposed, alternative ways, the conduct of a disciplinary Hearing which was begun prior to the time that this action was commenced.

At the Hearing in this matter, the Plaintiff appeared by David A. Meyer, Esq., and the Defendant appeared by Jeffrey A. Eyres, and Jeffrey R. Schmidt, Esqs.

For reasons which follow, we deny the Motion on jurisdictional grounds.
