I. INTRODUCTION

The Second Superseding Indictment herein arises from a long-running investigation into an allegedly large scale drug trafficking and money laundering organization. More specifically, the First Superseding Indictment, filed March 16, 2016, charges Defendants Toye Tutis (hereinafter, “Defendant Tutis” or “Toye Tutis”) and Jazmin Vega (hereinafter “Defendant Vega” or “Vega”), among others, with conspiring to distribute kilogram quantities of heroin and cocaine throughout southern New Jersey, and other crimes related to such drug distribution.
