Appellants, who were plaintiffs below, are owners of real property in an improvement district in the city of Fayetteville, organized for the purpose of paving a street designated as North College Avenue, and they instituted this action in the chancery court, attacking the validity of the organization, as well as attacking the correctness of the assessment of benefits of their respective properties.
