Defendants-appellants Deloitte Haskins & Sells, U.S. (DHS-US), Deloitte & Touche and J. Michael Cook (Cook) appeal from a March 1993 order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thomas P. Griesa, J., denying appellants’ motion to stay litigation and to compel arbitration of claims asserted against them by plaintiff-appellee Deloitte Noraudit Oslo A/S (Noraudit).
