John O. Chisolm & Co. entered into a contract with the city of New Orleans to build the Delgado Central Trades School for $638,500, in conformity with the plans and specifications attached to the contract, and forming part thereof. William S. Delaney, who was a plasterer by trade, entered into a contract with John O.
