ORDER

TOM R. CORNISH, Bankruptcy Judge.

On the 11th day of April, 1995, the creditor’s, Wilburton State Bank, Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Relief from Stay came on for an evidentiary hearing in McAlester, Oklahoma.
