At South Bend, Indiana, on September 16, 1985.

This matter is before the court on secured creditor’s, First National Bank of Warsaw (Bank), motion for relief from stay and application for abandonment filed on April 11, 1985. In the alternative, the Bank seeks adequate protection of its interest in the debtors’ real and personal property pursuant to § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code.
