On 2 October 2008, the Full Commission of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (the “Commission”) found that Pamela S. Davis (“plaintiff’) suffers from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (“CRPS”) secondary to the compensable back injury she sustained while working for Hospice & Palliative Care of Winston-Salem (“employer”).
