Dynomax Drilling Tools, Inc. (DCan),1 and Dynomax Drilling Tools USA, Inc. (DUSA)2 (collectively, Dynomax), brought claims against Duradril, L.L.C.,3 and Greg Ward,4 including for declaratory judgment and breach of contract. The jury found that DCan, DUSA, Duradril, and Ward agreed to the terms of an asset purchase agreement (APA) that became effective on July 1, 2013.
