The Defendant-Appellant, Patrick Smith, appeals from his convictions in the Superior Court on two counts of unlawfully dealing in child pornography in violation of 11 Del. C. 1109(4). Smith was sentenced to a total of six years of incarceration suspended after one year for probation. Smith challenges the validity of a search warrant for his residence authorizing a search for pornographic images on his computers, computer storage devices, or in videos, books or magazines.
