Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (“Allscripts”) appeals an order denying its motion to compel arbitration. We affirm.
Allscripts marketed software to certain doctors and healthcare providers. The plaintiffs in the case below, and the appel-lees here, are doctors and providers who purchased licenses for the software (“the Doctors”). The purchases occurred pursuant to master agreements between the Doctors and a subsidiary of Allscripts (“the Subsidiary”). The master agreements governing the purchase of these licenses contained an arbitration provision, as follows:
