MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS CASE is before the court the chapter 7 trustee’s motion to sell substantially all of the property of the estate free and clear of all liens pursuant to § 363(f) of the Bankruptcy Code and for a determination of the secured status of Douglas C. Williamson. The court found that William son held a valid and enforceable lien. The evidence also revealed other liens, the total of which clearly exceeds the value of the assets proposed to be sold.
