BBS Norwalk One, Inc. (“BBS”) sues Steven Nicholas Bunzl (“Nick”) and Rac-colta, Inc., a company wholly owned by Nick, for aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty by BBS’s officer, Hugo Bunzl. BBS’s sole asset is an office building in Norwalk, Connecticut. BBS contends that Hugo Bunzl misappropriated the opportunity to purchase the building’s mortgage at a substantial discount.
