County Medical Equipment Company, Inc. (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Bruce W. Graham (“Plaintiff’) and against Defendant for product defect and negligence. We affirm.

In 1988, Plaintiff became a quadriplegic as a result of a diving accident. In 1992, SSM Rehabilitation Institute (“SSM”) evaluated Plaintiff to assess his ability to drive a vehicle using a driver assist system.
