BEEZER, Circuit Judge:
Richard S. Miller brought this action to challenge a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying him benefits. The district court granted summary judgment for the Secretary. We affirm.

Background
Miller claims that various physical impairments have rendered him unable to work since his back was injured in July 1975. On June 20, 1979, Administrative Law Judge Louis Rosenberg found that Miller had been disabled between September 1976 and January 1979.
