Silva Tonapetyan appeals from the district court’s summary judgment affirming the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying her supplemental security income disability benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq. Tonapetyan asserted that she was disabled as the result of a number of physical and mental impairments.
