EPHRAIM HANSON, Justice.
Plaintiff brought suit against defendant in the district court of Salt Lake county for damages resulting from injuries alleged to have been sustained by her while in the defendant’s store making purchases of merchandise. The case was tried before a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $3,000. Since defendant assigns as error the overruling of its demurrer to plaintiff’s complaint, it becomes necessary to make a statement of that part of the complaint thus attacked.
