OPINION ON REMAND FROM THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS

ELSA ALCALA, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Donovan Keith Wappler, guilty of the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The trial court, in accordance with an agreement between appellant and the State, assessed appellant’s punishment at 42 days in jail. On appeal, appellant argued that the trial court erred in imposing a 15-minute time limit on voir dire.
