Jesse B. Davis and Richard L. Harris appeal the district court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of the Monsanto Chemical Company in this action alleging *347racial harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.1201 et seq.
