MR. JUSTICE CASTLES:
This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant in the sum of $1,605 together with $750 attorney’s fees. The district court found generally in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff.
The appellant will hereafter be referred to as the plaintiff; the respondent as the defendant. The plaintiff resides in Browning. The defendant is an attorney at law in Great Falls who had been first employed as the plaintiff’s attorney about the year 1936 until about May of 1955. He had done much legal work over those years for the plaintiff.
